Please keep in mind that work orders are processed based on the needs of the District, the severity of the problem, and the resources available. Please DO NOT enter duplicate work orders for the same issue as this causes a delay in response time. Not all tickets are "Urgent". Use "Urgent" for safety concerns or potential building damage concerns (leaks).
